Events at Roland Wines
We have a variety of ways to help you host a great party, meeting, receptions, or wine tasting at Roland Wines. Groups as small as 10 and as large as 50 can be accommodated. We have food options and can tailor the party to your specific needs. Below are some options for renting space at Roland Wines. Wednesday thru Saturday – $100
Pizza is available for purchase. We also have a small catering menu for additional food items.
Wine minimum is $100.
RENT OUR ENTIRE SPACE (only available when the tasting room is closed)
Maximum 48 people (more for courtyard)
Saturday (until 4:00), Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — $1000
Wine minimum $500
In addition to wood-fired pizza, Roland Wines also has available to purchase, selected platters that complement the pizza. If you are interested in using an outside caterer, we have recommendations for you.
Birthday cakes or special treats may be brought in, as well. Please let us know if you plan to do so.
We can host a private tasting by reservation. We require a minimum of 8 people to host these events. Here are two options.
• Wine Tasting (1 hour – $20/person plus 18% gratuity) – hosted by winemaker, Marc Roland, with a focus on the wine process, the story of Roland Wines and how to get the most enjoyment out of wine.
• OFF-SITE WINE TASTING ($250 alcohol minimum plus 18% gratuity) – There are a variety of ways we can complement your event, whether it be pouring tastings or wine by the glass. Inquire for options.

PAYMENT + DETAILS
Full rental fee required to hold the date. That deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable.
Payment for alcohol and food due on the day of the event with 18% gratuity added to all alcohol and food purchases.
The rented space needs to be left as it was found. Unless we are catering, the host must provide utensils and plates.
All rentals are subject to a reasonable alcohol minimum. The host is responsible for ensuring that the minimum is reached. If the minimum is not reached, the host is responsible to pay the difference. Outside alcohol cannot be brought into Roland Wines without a banquet permit from the state. We are forbidden by law to serve hard liquor of any sort. We have a handful of non-alcoholic beverages available. You are also allowed to bring in your own non-alcoholic beverages. If you choose to do so, you will need to provide a cooler with ice if you’d like to serve them cold.
